Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods: rackmountai.com accepts payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Online payments, or Wire Transfer.

Currency: All products listed on our website are priced in US Dollars.

Processing and Shipping Times

Payment Order Processing: Please note, we can only process the shipment of orders once the full payment has been received.

In-Stock & Pre-Orders: We aim to arrange shipping of all in-stock units within 2-3 working days of payment receipt. If it is a pre-order, the specific shipping time will be specified on the product page.

Delivery Estimate: Once the order has been dispatched, as an estimate, it will take 10-12 working days to reach its destination, which carries an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of 15 working days.

International Shipping Charges: Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to international destinations, except for self-pickup options.

Tracking Information: Once the order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. To validate the tracking information, the shipping carrier requires approximately one business day from the notification receipt.

Dispatch Locations: Your order will be sent from our locations in Hong Kong, determined according to the country of destination and product availability.

Delay Disclaimer: Please note that the delivery dates provided are only an estimate. We will not be held responsible for any delay from the courier company or manufacturer, nor from unforeseen events such as lockdown delays or any event beyond our control.

Inspection and Carrier Claims

Inspection upon Receipt: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all packages for items such as manuals, and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered.

Packaging Materials: Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton (when applicable), and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment.

Shipment Damages: Any damage during shipment must be handled by the customer with the carrier directly. The carrier may request to inspect the item upon receipt of a claim.

Taxes and Customs Duties

Value Added Tax: All International orders sold and delivered by rackmountai.com are exclusive of Value Added Tax.

Customer Responsibility: The consumer will be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties as per your country’s law and its customs. It is the customer's responsibility to know the local duties and tax laws and handle any customs issues that may arise.

Clearance Failure: Lack of payment will result in the return of the product to the supplier. We do not accept any refund requests in case of a failure of customs clearance.

Calculation Errors: rackmountai.com shall not be liable for any cost of damage or expense as a result of an error from calculating taxes and duties pertaining to your order.

Shipping Notices & Address Modifications

Special Requests: For special shipping requests, please contact customer care. Please confirm your address before making a payment.

Address Correction: If you enter the wrong address, please contact customer care promptly, and we will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem.

Destination Restrictions: rackmountai.com orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed.

Post-Dispatch Changes: If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.

Accurate Information: Please ensure that you provide the correct name, address, and contact information when placing an order to ensure successful delivery. In cases where parcels are returned as undeliverable, we will re-dispatch the order, but any additional charges (“Return Expenses”) will be your responsibility.

Undelivered Packages

Re-shipment Arrangements: Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Delivery Refusal: If you refuse delivery of the product, you will be liable for the cost of resending the parcel as well as any storage fees incurred.

Refunds of Orders in Transit

In-Transit Policy: If your order has already been sent, please note that we won’t be able to issue a refund on parcels in transit.

Customs Returns/Refusals: If your item is at customs and you wish to initiate a return or refuse the parcel, please note that you will be liable for local customs taxes, shipping costs, return shipping costs, and associated local taxes. These costs will be detracted from your refund once it has been approved, and only when the order has reached us back safely.
